Lifeline North Coast’s retail stores are more than just op-shops — they are community hubs with purpose. Every sale supports our 13 11 14 Crisis Support Line, helping us fund life-saving services across the Mid and Northern NSW region. When you shop with us, you’re not only finding quality pre-loved items at affordable prices — you’re also helping us answer calls for help.
Our stores are staffed by a passionate team of volunteers and supported by a small group of paid staff. Together, they work to raise the funds that help us train Crisis Supporters, maintain 24/7 phone services, and deliver mental health programs to the community.
Our stores rely on the generosity of local volunteers who want to give back in a hands-on, community-focused way. Whether you enjoy sorting donations, creating window displays, assisting customers, or working behind the scenes, there’s a role for you.
