At Lifeline North Coast, we deliver evidence-informed training that builds mentally healthy workplaces and resilient communities across the Coffs Coast and Mid-North NSW region. Whether you are an individual seeking to better support others, or an organisation investing in your team’s wellbeing, our courses offer practical, human-centred learning grounded in decades of experience.

All training is delivered by qualified local facilitators, and every dollar invested stays in our region — directly supporting 13 11 14 crisis line services and suicide prevention initiatives right here in your community.

We work with individuals, schools, community groups and businesses to strengthen mental health awareness, early intervention, and support skills.
